Le Valrose is located in the canton of Vaud, in Rougemont, one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, at the gates to Saanen and Gstaad. You’ll be enchanted by the century-old chalets with their typically decorated facades and the mountain landscapes and ridgelines, changing according to the weather and time of day.

Rougemont posesses a unique beauty with the best of Swiss traditions. Le Valrose lies at the foot of the slopes of the Gstaad ski area, including Schönried and Glacier 3000. It is with a great emotion that, the chef of La Table du Valrose, Benoît Carcenat, received his second Michelin star on October 2, 2023. During the ceremony at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, the chef was awarded with a prestigious distinction just one year after being included in the renowned Michelin Guide.
