During the summer months, the hundred-year-old chestnut tree displays lush foliage taking advantage of the first rays of sun at midday. The sweetness and joy of a new season begins again in Rougemont.

Le Café Valrose restaurant’s menu highlights seasonal local products with enticing, authentic flavours.
The Chef and his team pay tribute to the region’s traditional dishes, with a contemporary touch.
The “Valrose champagne fondue” is found alongside “Malakoffs à l’Etivaz AOP” – famous cheese doughnuts from the Vaud region -, not to mention the “Fameux Valrose burger” which delights young and old alike.
The Café Valrose is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM and on Sunday from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
During the holiday season, from 18 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, the Café Valrose will be open every day for lunch and dinner at the usual times.
