First Summer menu n°18 at La Table du Valrose!

Although the summer sun has yet to make an appearance in the Pays-d'Enhaut, it is already shining on the dishes of chef Benoît Carcenat. The new menu promises a festival of flavours to discover or rediscover. For instance, there's the "Pomme'Fleurette", one of our signature dishes, as well as Appenzell duck in glaze and farmhouse pork from head to toe. These dishes are revisited each year for an ever more original and unique experience.
From Friday 7 June 2024, we invite you to discover Menu No. 18 from Wednesday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime.
