Your data is used only to answer your requests, manage your stay or your booking and — if you have consented — send you our news. It is never sold.

Recipients

Your data may be passed to our technical providers (hosting, booking engine, email service) only to the extent necessary for the service, and under an obligation of confidentiality.

Retention period

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived in accordance with Swiss legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
