The beautiful summer days have settled in the heart of the Pays-d’Enhaut, bringing with them a wealth of sun-ripened products. At La Table du Valrose, Chef Benoît Carcenat pays a final tribute to the essence of summer with Carte No. 24, ahead of the restaurant’s permanent closure on October 5, 2025.
Through this new culinary composition, his sensibility is revealed in both iconic creations and radiant interpretations of the local terroir. Each dish is an invitation to savour the moment, to taste the generosity of life, in a setting where refinement always goes hand in hand with sincerity.
