Breakfast is served in the Café Valrose from 7:30 am to 10 am. Breakfast is included in your room rate.

To protect the environment, bath towels are changed every three days. We kindly ask you to place used towels in the shower or bathtub.

Check-in
Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. On request, and depending on our availability, the Reception can offer you an early check-in.

Check-out
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you wish to keep your room later, please inform reception in advance (a surcharge of CHF 50.00 may apply for late check-out until 1:00 p.m.).

Credit cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Postfinance, Maestro and V-Pay. We also accept TWINT and Apple Pay.

Convenience store
The "La Consommation" mini-market is located 100 m from the hotel in the village center. Opening times are available from Reception.

We gladly welcome your dog at the Valrose. A daily extra charge of CHF 35.- applies. 

Doctor
We are at your disposal to contact a doctor. In case of an emergency, please dial 0 followed by 144 (emergency services number available 24/7) on your room telephone.

Fan
Your room is equipped with a fan, heater and air purifier. The remote control is in your bedside table.

Fire
The hotel is equipped with a fire protection system. In the event of an alarm, please follow the evacuation instructions on your room’s door. In the event of a fire, the use of the elevator is prohibited. The gathering point is located near the Rougemont train station opposite the hotel.

Ironing
For safety reasons, we do not offer ironing facilities in hotel rooms. The Valrose offers a laundry and ironing service. The price list for the laundry service can be found in your room wardrobe. A 50% discount on laundry rates applies to the ironing service only.

The Reception is at your full disposal to assist you with your luggage during your stay. A storage space is also available.

Lounge bar
The bar menu is available in your room.

The Rougemont post office is located 300 m from the hotel, in the village center. Opening hours are available at Reception.

The hotel provides free private parking spaces on the other side of the railway, opposite the train station. An electric car charging station is available. 

Pharmacies
The nearest pharmacies are located in Saanen, Gstaad or Château-d´Oex.

Pillows
All our pillows are made from bamboo fibers, allergen-free. If you wish to select a specific pillow, feel free to inquire at the reception about our range of available pillows.

Room access cards and access to the hotel outside opening hours
Your room access card allows you to open the night access door of the hotel outside opening hours. 

Repair and maintenance 
If you notice malfunctioning equipment in your room, please contact the Reception, which will take care of the matter as soon as possible.

Room Service
For a meal in the comfort of your room, please contact the reception to explore the menu from our restaurant, Le Café Valrose. Please note that some dishes from the restaurant may not be available in room service.

Safe
We recommend that you store your valuables in the safe located in your bedroom wardrobe. The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft. Thank you for leaving the safe open at the time of departure. Should you forget the code of your safe, please contact the Reception. 

Sewing set 
A sewing set is available in your bedroom wardrobe. 

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms. Ashtrays are available on the balcony and on the terrace. Infringement of this rule can generate up to CHF 500.- of cleaning and deodorization costs.

Ski-Room
The hotel has a ski room. Ski boots and skis must be stored in the ski room. It is forbidden to walk in the hotel with ski boots or to go up to the room with skis. Lockers and keys are available from reception.
